Q: Can I be eligible if I am not a manager?
Yes, if you're 1–2 levels below CFO/Head of Finance with 10–20 years of experience and facing career growth challenges, you're eligible.
Q: Will I be getting continuous mentoring during my career journey?
Yes, after completing the course, you can opt for one-on-one paid mentoring sessions if needed. However, the goal is to help you become self-sufficient through the leadership tools and strategies you’ll gain.
Q: Are the session timings flexible?
No, the sessions are fixed to ensure consistency for all participants—every Friday from 8:00–9:30 PM, with bootcamps on Saturdays (once every 4 weeks) from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Q: Is placement or job change support available?
Fin-Veda does not directly offer placement services or recruitment partnerships. However, through one-on-one mentoring sessions, I can provide personalized guidance on job selection, role fitment, and career transitions. Please note that outcomes depend on individual efforts and the evolving business environment.
Q: Can I pay the fees in instalments?
You can pay in two instalments, but 100% payment must be made before commencement of the program.
Q: What if I miss one session due to work priorities ?
Live attendance is highly recommended for best results. However, if unavoidable, limited-time access to the session’s video recording will be provided.
Q: How will I be able to know that I am improving or whether the results are coming to me ?
You’ll notice positive changes through feedback, behavior shifts, and recognition at work. Visible results will reflect your actions and commitment to the program.
Q: Is there a refund if the program doesn’t work for me?
No, there is no refund policy. The program’s success depends on your active participation and implementation of the guided action plan, which will be monitored throughout.
Q: Can I get directly into one-on-one mentoring with you?
No. The Elite Strategic Finance Guide is designed as a foundational program to address and resolve career bottlenecks. After completing this comprehensive course, if you encounter unforeseen challenges, you can opt for personalized one-on-one mentoring sessions with me on a paid-per-session basis.
Q: Will there be offline events for the sessions?
To start with it will be completely online through zoom/ MS Teams meetings only.
